St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and it is now time for our good friend, John Kudla of Avenue Boys Smokehouse, to again work his magic on beef briskets from the happy cows of Librock Farms. As you have come to expect, the beef is raised on pasture without the use of hormones or antibiotics. John uses time-honored brining techniques to prepare the beef and based on comments from last-years customers, you will love it.
In addition to the corned beef, we will have potatoes, carrots, onions, and cabbage available. Everything needed for your St. Patrick’s Day table except maybe a nice Irish style ale or stout.
Last year, we sold out quickly, so we are doubling the amount and have decided to take pre-orders. We are still expecting a sell-out, so please get your order in quickly.
