As we transition from winter to spring (hopefully), we are taking orders for a Meat Box for early March, filled with delicious local beef, chicken, turkey & pork. A great variety for breakfasts, snacks and hearty dinners.
Plato Dale Farm, in Arcade, is providing the flavorful 100% grass fed beef.
Murray's Chicken is naturally raised and antibiotic free.
Red Gate Grocer, out of Ithaca, offers quality pork from small, local farmers. Their sliced bacon is uncured with no nitrates or nitrites.
Brooklyn Cured no nitrate meats are from pasture raised animals, fed without antibiotics.
